It is cozy, comfortable and so clean. We stayed for five nights and the staff couldn't do enough for us, always service with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable with crisp white sheets and fluffy towels. Complementary bottles of water were left in the room every day. The breakfast was fresh with a great choice for every taste. The staff were ready to make you porridge, fried eggs or omelette if you wanted. Will definitely be staying here when we are in Kiev again. Thank you so much. Close

Read More The hotel was newly renovated with modern design. The hotel common areas as well as the room were very clean. The staff was friendly, professional and spoke good English. My only complaint was room service. They only have one entree a night available and the menu does not list that entree properly. I got the grilled chicken. It was terribly dry as if it had been cooked the day before and then reheated in the microwave. Apart from this, my stay was excellent. Close

I loved the attitude of the staff - asked for an extra pillow - got it immediately, everyone was very helpful. Loved the 24/7 snack menu - we arrived very late and hungry, that was a perfect meal for us :) Breakfast is very very full, great variety and perfect coffee. Thank you! Close

Read More As soon as I entered this property I was welcomed so very professionally. Your staff are all excellent. This immediately creates a wonderful impression. This hotel is quirky, it has a friendly warm atmosphere and this is due to excellent customer care. I slept very well in a very nice room. I loved the breakfast and also the room service. I stayed in room 405 then when my friend arrived we moved to 404. All immaculately clean. Modern and no complaints. Quiet and very comfortable. Not far from the centre. I would stay again. Your staff are all wonderful. Thank You Close
